Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for providing final website content, including text, images, videos, product information, pricing, policies, and other business information.
Content creation or copywriting services may be available as an additional service.
Where domain registration or hosting is purchased through Kareowebs, the relevant costs and renewal terms will be communicated to the client.
Domain names and hosting services may be subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers.
Kareowebs is not responsible for service interruptions, downtime, suspension, expiration, or technical issues caused by third-party hosting or domain providers.
Projects may use third-party services, plugins, themes, APIs, payment gateways, software, or other external technologies.

Kareowebs cannot guarantee the continued availability or functionality of third-party services that are outside our control.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final website materials developed specifically for the client will transfer according to the payment and project agreement.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software, frameworks, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Kareowebs retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, development techniques, processes, and proprietary resources unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kareowebs may display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, or case studies for promotional purposes.
If a client requires the project to remain confidential, this should be discussed and agreed upon before project completion.
Website maintenance, security monitoring, backups, updates, content changes, and technical support are not automatically included unless specified in the project agreement.
Ongoing maintenance can be provided under a separate maintenance plan or service agreement.
Kareowebs takes reasonable measures to develop and maintain secure websites. However, no website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely free from security vulnerabilities.
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and access credentials and should avoid sharing administrative login information with unauthorized individuals.
